摘要
未来的高校图书馆将成为学校的信息中心,为读者提供全方位的信息服务。在其发展竞争中,人力资源是核心要素。因此,图书馆的建设,应该把人力资源的开发放到议事日程,为未来的图书馆事业储备人才。在人才资源的开发中,应重视制度的创新,其中,包括观念创新,规章制度创新和图书馆文化的创新。
The college library will become the college information center and should provide every possible service to its readers. In the process of development, human resources are the key element to which great attention should be given, and there should be some system-related innovation, which is related to new concepts, new systems and new library culture.
