摘要 文章分析了美国六大高教协会从事游说活动的背景,它们在第104届国会使用的几种游说策略,取得的成果,最后探讨了它们成功运用游说策略的原因以及发展趋向。 The article analyses the context,th e strategies,the results,the cause of its success,and the trend of lobbying conducted by the Bi g Six associations of higher education.
