摘要
本文结合现代管理学中有关人力资源管理的理论知识,对大学生学习绩效进行评估的必要性与重要性进行探讨,同时结合学校的具体情况,分析目前对大学生学习绩效评估的特点与不足,提出一些改进的措施和合理化的建议,进而提出适合对在校大学生学习绩效评估体系。
This paper discusses how to assess university students' study achievement on the basis of the management manpower resources, which is one of the modern theories of management. Besides, it presents the necessity and importance of doing so. In addition, the paper analyzes the present situation in assessing university students' study achievement at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. After analyzing both the advantages and disadvantages of this assessment, this paper also puts forth some methods and rational advice to assess university students' study achievement.
