摘要
本文利用光电流效应,导得由DFB激光器频率漂移产生的误差信号的表示式。设计一种新结构的小型的原子放电灯。实验中,应用Kr的2P_(10)→3D_3谱线和中心波长为1.5341μm的DFB激光器,改变激光器的波长,成功地得到幅度达0.68mV的误差信号。预期构成闭环,可将DFB激光器的频率稳定在4 MHz的范围。
With the optogalvanic effect,a formula of error signal due to DFB Lasers frequeney shift is induced.A new structure of atomic Lamp which is small has be designed.In the experiment,Kr 2P_(10)→3D_3 and DFB Laser with 1.5341μm central wavelength,0.68mV error signal is attained successfully when wavelength of laser changed.
