摘要
本文介绍了一种光纤通信领域用的新型1.3μmHe-Ne单频激光器的设计,给出了这种激光器的动力学过程和增益特性,提出了利用高气压下均匀加宽饱和作用而压缩增益线宽获得稳定单频振荡以及在纵向Zeeman效应下获得线偏振自稳频单频输出的方法。
In this paper,the design of a 1.3μm He-Ne single frequency laser in optical fiber communication,the kinetic process and the gain characteristics are presented.The scheme that obtained stabilized single-mode oscillation by compressing gain linewidth due to homogeneous broadening saturation effect for high gases pressure and longitudinal Zeeman effect is introduced.This is a self-stabilization frequency line-polarized single frequency laser.
