α-2b干扰素联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性丙型病毒性肝炎疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of IF_(α-2b)Plus Compound Glycyrrhizin on Chronic Hepatitis C

目的 :观察α -2b干扰素联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性丙型病毒性肝炎的效果。方法 :56例慢性丙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组 (30例 )和对照组 (26例 )。治疗组给予α -2b干扰素 +复方甘草酸苷 ,对照组仅给予α -2b干扰素 ,疗程均为24周。结果 :治疗组治疗结束时及治疗结束后24周 ,ALT复常率与对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 05) ,治疗组治疗结束时HCV -RNA转阴率与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 05)。结论 :α

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of IF α-2b plus compound glycyrrhizin on chronic hepatitis C. METHODS:56cases of chronic hepatitis C were divided into trial group(30cases)and control group(26cases).Trial group received IF α-2b +compound glycyrrhizin and control group received IF α-2b alone.The therapeutic course was24weeks in both groups.RESULTS:There was significant difference in recoversion rate of ALT between two groups either at the end of therˉapeutic course or24weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of HCV-RNA in trial group was significa_ ntly different from that in control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:IF in combination with compound glycyrrhizin could improve the therapeutic effect on chronic hepatitis C.
