摘要 全身热疗是继手术、放疗、化疗和生物治疗之后的又一种治疗方法,与放疗、化疗互补熏增加对放疗和化疗的敏感性,同时减轻放疗和化疗的副作用,在肿瘤的综合治疗中发挥重要作用。文章主要对全身热化疗的作用机制作一综述。 Whole-body hyperthermia(WBH) is a new modality of therapy following operation,radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy.WBH combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy have anti-cancer synergic effect,increasing the sensitivity of chemotherapy or radiotherapy,as well as reducing the side effect.WBH plays an important role in comprehensive therapy.Mechanism of WBH combined with chemotherapy is reviewed in this article.
