摘要 目的 :观察克仑特罗 (瘦肉精 )的急性毒性作用。方法 :新西兰兔灌胃 (ig)中毒剂量的盐酸克仑特罗溶液 (15 0 μg·kg-1) ,记录心电图 (ECG)II导联及V5导联 ;测定肌钙蛋白I (cTnI)及其他血液生化指标 ;对心、肝、肾进行病理组织学检查。结果 :克仑特罗能使心电图 (ECG)II导联及V5导联T波显著降低 ,药后 6h肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)升高 ,对其他生化指标也有明显影响。可引起心、肝、肾发生病理学改变。结论 :克仑特罗 (单剂量 15 0 μg·kg-1,ig)能明显改变兔血清某些生化指标 ,对心、肝、肾功能均有一定程度的损伤。本试验为临床提供实验依据。 OBJECTIVE To observe the acute toxic reaction of clenbuterol in rabbits. METHODS The New Zealand white rabbits were given 150 μg·kg_-1 bw of clenbuterol by ig administration. Lead Ⅱ and V5 electrocardiogram(ECG) were recorded. The concentration of serum cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and other biochemical parameters were determined. The livers?hearts?kidneys were removed for their histology. RESULTS The heights of T wave in lead Ⅱ and V5 decreased, cTnI at _6 h obviously increased and other biochemical parameters significantly varied in clenbuterol group, respectively. Some pathological changes in heart?liver and kidney could be observed in toxic dosage group. CONCLUSION Clenbuterol in toxic dosage (150 μg·kg_-1) can obviously change some biochemical parameters and influence cardiac?hepatic and renal functions. It can provide an experimental basis for the clinic.
