正交法优选替硝唑-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合工艺

To optimize the preparative procedure of inclusion compound of tindazole-hydrox ypropl-β-cyclodextrin by orthogonal test

目的 :优选替硝唑 羟丙基 β 环糊精包合工艺。 方法 :包合工艺优选采用正交试验法。结果 :替硝唑 羟丙基 β 环糊的最佳包合条件为A2 B1C2 。结论 :当羟丙基 β 环糊精中替硝唑为 10∶1、包合温度为4 0℃、搅拌时间为 12 0min时 ,替硝唑 羟丙基 β 环糊精包合工艺最佳。

OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparative procedure of inclusion compound of tinidazole-hydroxyupropyl-β-cyclodextrin.METHODS The factors affecting inclusion compound were studied with orthogonal test.RESULTS The experimental data showed that the optimum procedure for inclusion was A 2B 2C 2. CONCLUSION The optimize preparative procedure of inclusion compound of tinidazole-hydroxyupropyl-β-cyclodextrin to be formed when HP-β-CD∶TNZ=10∶1;by mixing water bath for 120 min at _40 ℃.
