摘要
本文从理论和实验上研究了LD的探测性能。LD探测器有许多潜在应用,作为一个例子,我们做了光纤线路故障定位实验。
In this paper,the photodetection properties of LD are studied theoretically and experimentally. There are many potential applications for photodetection of LD, as an example, finding faults along a fiber is reported.
