摘要
为观察并评价穴位敷贴治疗贴治疗老年葡萄糖耐量低减 (IGT)的疗效 ,将 6 4例老年IGT患者随机分为二组 ,各 32例。对照组进行控制饮食干预治疗 ;观察组在控制饮食干预治疗同时 ,选用胰俞、脾俞、三阴交、足三里等穴位外敷治疗贴。二个疗程后分别检测餐后血糖。结果 :干预后 ,两组餐后血糖均显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;观察组干预后餐后血糖比对照组低 ,P <0 0 5。提示老年IGT患者在控制饮食干预治疗同时 ,可配合应用穴位敷贴治疗贴 ,临床疗效可靠。
To observe the clinical effects of acupoint application in the treatment of senile impaired glucose tolerance (IGT), 64 cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 32 cases were given dietary control and treatment group in which 32 cases were given acupoint application at Yishu, Pishu, Sanyinjiao and Zusanli apart from dietary control. The postcibal blood glucose was detected after 2 courses of treatment. Results: After intervention, the postcibal blood glucose declined obviously (P<0.01-0.05), with lower glucose in treatment group than in control group, P<0.05. It is revealed that acupoint application with dietary control has good effects on IGT.
