主动脉内球囊反搏在危重冠脉搭桥术围术期的应用

目的探讨冠脉搭桥术围术期应用主动脉内球囊反搏术(IABP)的时机、指征,以提高使用的成功率。方法 对18例冠心病病人围手术期应用IABP治疗。使用DATASCOPE 98型反搏机及8F球囊导管,术前置入者7例,术中置入者6例,回ICU后置入者5例。结果 全组18例中,死亡2例,无严重并发症。结论 术前预防性应用IABP及术中、术后尽早合理应用IABP是提高危重冠心病外科手术病人存活率的一种有效的治疗方法。

<abstract>jective To investigate the opportunity and the indications of peri-operative application of intra-aortic balloon pumping(IABP) in coronary artery bypass graft(CABG). Methods An IABP technique was applied in 18 cases with coronary artery disease undergoing CABG peri-operatively. Inserted the 8F balloon catheter and used the DATASCOPE SYSTEM 98. Result 16 cases survived, and 2 cases died, nobody had serious complication. Conclusion preventive application of IABP before operation, and timely using it intra-and post-operatively are the effective treatments to improve the survival rate for patients undergoing CABG.
