新生儿脐血肝功能指标的分析

目的观察正常新生儿和病理新生儿脐动脉血肝功能指标的变化,探索其在新生儿疾病中的作用。方法采集89例正常新生儿及60例病理性新生儿脐动脉血,应用全自动生化分析仪测定了脐动脉血肝功能指标。结果 与正常新生儿组相比较,早产组的总蛋白含量明显降低,GGT及TBIL、IBIL水平明显升高,均P<0.05。新生儿窒息组脐血AST、LDH显著升高,GGT、TBIL、IBIL水平低于正常新生儿组,TP、ALB的水平高于正常新生儿组。新生儿黄疸组的TBIL、IBIL要显著高于正常组。相关分析表明,GGT、TP与胎龄有关,GGT随着胎龄的增加而降低(P<0.05),而TP随着胎龄及胎儿体重的增加而升高P<0.05)。结论 新生儿脐动脉血肝功指标,有助于临床新生儿疾病的诊断及治疗。

<abstract>jective To observe the changes of liver function indexes of umbilical cord blood in the normal and the pathologic newborns . Methods the liver function indexes of umbilical cord blood in 89 normal newborns and 60 pathologies newborns were examined with using automatic biochemical analyzer. Results TP of the premature infant were low , GGT and TBIL, DBIL were higher than the normal infant . p<0. 05. AST,LDH of the asphyxia group were higher than the normal infant. TBIL and IBIL of the jaundice were higher than the the normal infant. The contents of TP, GGT in the umbilical blood were assaociated with gestation weeks, TP were increased with gestation weeks and neonatorum weight (P<0. 05), GGT were decreased with gestation weeks (P<0.05). Conclusions The liver biochemical indexes of umbilical cord blood can be helpful to digloss and cure the diseases of newborn.
