2,6-双异丙酚用于全麻诱导气管插管的预警性探讨

2,6-双异丙酚是一种快速、短效静脉全麻药,由于其起效快、诱导平稳,对呼吸循环影响不大,体内消除快、不良反应少等方面的优点而广泛应用于临床麻醉。我科对200例患者用2,6-双异丙酚进行全麻诱导气管插管发现2,6-双异丙酚具有很好的预警性,即2,6-双异丙酚不仅具有轻度中枢性肌松作用,还能保留咳嗽反射、防止返流误吸,尤其是对困难气管插管者有很好的预警作用。

<abstract>privan is general anesthetice that take effect through the body. It's widely used in clinical practice for its popular effect .the research on the 200 cases show that the Diprivan has action of precaution to the difficult tracheal-intubation.
