AF系统复位固定加植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折

摘要 目的探讨AF系统复位固定加植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折效果.方法用AF固定加植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折32例,观察伤椎椎体高度%,Cobb角、椎体角、以及神经功能的变化.结果椎体高度%、Cobb角、椎体角术前分别为:55.3±6.6、17.3±7.7、28.3±8.6;术后3周分别为:94.5±11.1、3.5±1.4、7.1±3.3;术后1年分别为:92.6±10.7、4.1±1.8、7.9±3.6.神经功能均术后分别提高1~3级.结论AF系统复位固定加植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折可纠正脊柱畸形,获得满意的复位和持久的畸形纠正. <abstract>jective To explore the efficacy of AF pedicle screw spinal system combined graft in treatment of thoraco-lumbar fracture. Methords Thirty-two cases of thoraco-lumbar fracture were treated with AF pedicle screw spinal system combined graft. The change of the centrum height, Cobb angle, centrum angle and neurological function were observed . Results The centrum height, Cobb angle, centrum angle were respectively 55.3±6.6, 17.3±7.7, 28.3±8.6 in pre-operation, were respectively 94. 5±11. 1, 3.5±1.4,7.1±3.3 in 3w post-operation and 92. 6±10. 7, 4.1±1.8, 7.9 ±3.6 in 12 months post-operation. With follwed-up average 15 months neurological function recovered in 1~3 degree according to the Franel criteria in all cases. Conclusion AF pedicle screw spinal system combined graft in treatment of thoraco-lumbar fracture provided satisfactory maintenance of correction.
