直肠超声引导经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术的临床价值

目的评价直肠超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法采用直肠超声引导经直肠对263例怀疑前列腺癌患者行前列腺穿刺活检。结果 263例前列腺穿刺活检中组织学证实前列腺癌(PCA)61例、良性前列腺增生(BPH)182例、前列腺不典型增生12例、前列腺上皮内肿瘤6例和前列腺结核2例。结论经直肠超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检患者无需麻醉、痛苦小、是一种安全的检查方法,有助于前列腺疾病的鉴别和诊断,值得在临床推广应用。

<abstract>jective To evaluate the clinical value of transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of theprostate. Method 263 case of suspicious prostatic carcinoma(PCA) were biopsied by transrectal ultrasound guidance. Results The histologic study proved 61 prostate cancer(PCA),182 benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH), 12 atypical hyperplasia,6 prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia(PIN), 2 tuberculosis (TB).Conclusion The transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the prostate is one of methods diagnosing PCA and is a safe method and beneficial to diagnosis and differentiation of prostatic diseases, it would be usedwidely in clinical practice.
