胃癌术后早期肠内营养的临床研究

<title>e Clinical Research of Early Enteral Nutrition Support on Post-gastrectomy for Gastric Carcinoma

目的探讨早期肠内营养在胃癌术后的应用价值。方法 将63例进展期胃癌病人随机分成3组,即早期肠内营养(EN)组、肠外营养(PN)组和对照组(C),每组21例。EEN组按Witzel法留置空肠营养胃管,经管输注肠内营养制剂液体能全力(nutrison fibre),TPN组经外周静脉进行,共7天,对照组常规输液治疗,肠蠕动恢复后逐渐恢复饮食。结果 营养支持后BW、TSF、MAC、TP、Alb、TF等TPN组与对照组下降较EEN组明显(P<0.05);EEN与TPN均能显著改善术后患者的免疫功能;营养支持后LDH、GGT水平TPN组高于EEN组(P<0.05);与TPN组相比,EEN组 肠功能恢复快,(P<0.05)。结论 胃癌切除早期肠内营养可安全实施,有利于术后康复。

<abstract>jective To detect the application value of early enteral nutrition after the gastrectomy for advanced gastric carcinoma.. Methods Sixty -three patients undergone gastrectomy were divided at random into three groups: early enteral nutrition group (EEN), total parenteral nutrition group(PN) and control group. The patients of EEN group received postopertively with Nutrison Fibre and continued for consecutived 7days;The patients of PN group were provided TPN via peripheral vein for 7 days;In control group no nutrition support was received. Results The body weight and nutritional status of the cases in the EEN group were better than PN and control group; Compared with PN group the patients' s liver function of EEN group were almost no influence; The patients's bowel function of EEN group recovered faster than PN and control group. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition after gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma was effective in improving patient's conditions.
