血脂、血流变在防治高脂血症实验中的相关变化

The Change of Blood Lipids and Hemorrheology with Liner Correlation in Experiment of Anti-hyperlipidemia

目的 观察高脂模型鼠血脂、血流变的变化及不同剂量复方马齿苋对高脂血症、脂肪肝形成的防治作用。方法 通过预防和治疗试验 ,进行血脂、血流变等指标的测定及肝脏病理学检测。结果 预防试验 :阻抗高脂饮食诱发的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、血流变 8项指标升高及脂肪肝形成 ,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)水平的作用 ,复方马齿苋Ⅰ >单一马齿苋≥复方马齿苋Ⅱ (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 ) ,血脂及血流变指标存在显著相关性 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 )。治疗试验 :复方马齿苋降低TC、TG、LDL C ,升高HDL C(P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组脂肪肝明显低于恢复组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 高脂喂饲导致大鼠血脂、血流变指标异常 ,单及复方马齿苋能够调节血脂 ,纠正血流变异常 ,抑制或消退脂肪肝 ;马齿苋与其它药物按适宜剂量配合 ,发挥协同作用 。

Objective To study the change of blood lipids and hemorrheology and the effects of purslane on preventing and treating hyperlipidemia and fatty liver.Method By preventing and treating test,blood lipids,hemorrheology indexes and liver pathology was analysed.Results Preventing test:anti-increasing induced by high-fat diet on TC,TG,LDL-C and 8 hemorrheology indexes,restraining fatty liver forming with Raising HDL-C level were compound purslaneⅠ>single purslane≥compound purslane Ⅱ(P<0.01 or 0.05).There was significant correlation in blood lipids with hemorrheology indexes(P<0.01 or 0.05).Treating test:compoud purslane decreased TC,TG,LDL-C,but increased HDL-C(P<0.05).Fatty liver in the treating group were lighter compared to the recovering group(P<0.01).Conclusion Feeding high-lipids could lead to abnormal blood lipids,hemorrheology indexes.Single and compound purslane could adjust blood lipids,correct abnormal hemorrheology,and restrain or remove fatty liver;according to suitable dose,when purslane combined with other drugs,the effects were synergistic and increased.
