采用文献资料法 ,运用经济学理论对职业体育俱乐部的本体特性进行分析 ,表明 :职业体育俱乐部具有私人性物品特性 ,具有排他性 ;职业体育俱乐部市场运作的手段是竞争 ;职业体育俱乐部具有的非对抗性要求其建立合理的制度 ;并进一步提出发展我国职业体育俱乐部的建议 :(1)转变政府管理职能 ;(2 )构建现代职业体育俱乐部制度 ;(3)建立职业体育俱乐部行业自律机制。

In application with documentational method and economics theory ,the analysis on entity features of professional physical education Club (P.P.E Club)shows:1.P.P.E Club holds externality as private goods does . 2.Competition is the means of market operation of P.P.E Club. 3.Non-antaganism held by P.P.E Club reguires it to establish proper systems. And some suggestions are put forth to develop our country's P.P.E Club:(1)to transform the functions of government management ,(2) to constriut system of modern P.P.E Club,(3)to build self-disciplines for the industry of P.P.E Club.
