高强混凝土细掺料矿渣、钢渣的细磨新途径 被引量:3

New Approach of Grinding Ore Slag and Steel Slag Adulterated into High Strength Concrete

摘要 高强混凝土对矿渣、钢渣等细掺料粒度要求为细磨至400-450 m2/kg以上时,其活性才能充分发挥,对混凝土的强度贡献才更显著。本文采用振动破碎与振动粉磨技术装备,从工艺过程、装备配套以及质量控制等方面简述了细掺料的生产新途径。其综合电耗为65-70 kW·h/t,具有较好的推广价值。 The granularity requirement of high strength concrete for fine adulterated ingredient such as ore slag and steel slag is that while the rate of specific surface area is above 400-450 m2/kg, activity of adulterated ingredient could fully bring to play, thus the contribution for concrete strength is remarkable. Using vibrating crusher and vibrating grinder, the paper briefly introduces the new approach of adulterated ingredient manufacture from several aspects such as processing, facilities match and quality control etc. The total power consumption is 65-70kW · h/t, which has excellent popularizing value.
