摘要
画贵能极”说是 2 0世纪中国画巨擘潘天寿先生的名论 ,多年来一直为国画界津津乐道 ,然而对这四字的理解则见仁见智。本文认为“画贵能极”其内涵包括 :主张人品极高洁 ;学问极深广 ;艺术境界极脱俗 ;绘画风格极强烈。与传统山水画家“集大成”的方法比照 ,属于强化个人风格、一线突破的创新思路 ,但也往往导致不易归于“平淡”之境界。
There have been different explanations about the theory “hua gui neng ji” of Chinese great painter Pan Tianshou of the 20th century. This article discusses the connotation of the theory and points out it should be consisted of noble character, profound learning, artistic elegance and distinct style. Compared with the traditional landscape painting theory that favors the “synthetic method”, Pan's theory stresses more on personal style and the breakthrough in a particular aspect.
