The education of teachers under the guidance of the scientific idea of educational development

新时期教师教育的改革与发展日益受到关注 ,本文以科学教育发展观为指导 ,从以人为本来建构教师教育新理念 ;全面、协调、可持续发展 ,提高教师教育质量 ;对如何实现教师教育创新三个方面对教师教育的改革与发展 ,作了系统阐述 ;最后提出了教师教育改革与发展的目标。

How to reform and develop the education of teachers in the new period has become an important issue. The scientific idea of educational development has been recognized as the guide. This article gives a systematic elaboration from three aspects: constructing the new idea under the human-based viewpoint; advancing the quality of teachers by all-round, coordinative and sustainable development; and insisting on creating the education of teachers. In the end this article puts forward the object of the development of China's education of teachers.
