摘要
用RAPD技术检测了27份番茄材料的遗传多样性,并对其进行了聚类分析。结果表明,番茄各栽培品种之间的遗传背景十分狭窄,在使用的11条随机引物对番茄基因组DNA进行的RAPD检测中,共产生125条DNA谱带,其中9条带为特征带,14条为27个品种(其中1个为野生种)的共显带,多态带为86条,多态率为68 8%.供试品种被划分为6大类群,其分类与形态学上的分类基本一致。
Using RAPD technique and cluster analysis 27 Yunnan local varieties and wild species of tomato were tested for their genetic diversity. The results showed: the genetic background of tomato varieties was narrow based on 11 arbitrary 10-mer oligonucleotide primers with 125 amplification DNA-bands, among which, 86 (68.8%) were polymorphic, 9 were specific, 14 were consensus bands among 27 varieties. All the varieties and wild species were divided into 6 groups based on the DNA band pattern, showing similarity to morphologic classification.
