摘要 平板式试验台,是一种新型的可对汽车的制动、轴重、侧滑进行测试的检测系统。它使汽车的检测过程更接近路试,能够真实反映车辆的制动性能,测得的制动力与汽车在良好道路上制动时的制动力是一致的。该设备安装简单、节约场地面积、测试速度快、准确方便、节能省电,符合国家标准GB7258-1997要求。对平板式试验台的结构与原理、传感器、信号调理装置等进行分析。 The synthesis inspection of automobile performance is head and front of manage of vehicle technique status for conveyance corporation. It is an importance method to check-up, identify and forecast vehicle technique status and maintains quality. It is an important ensure for maintain vehicle on time. The automobile's examine of brake, axis load and sideslip is relate to security and economy. The automobile's brake performance is estimated by percentage between general brake force and whole axis load. Therefore, the magnitude of axis load has close relationship with the brake performance which is decided run safety. The sideslip is an appraisement target on front-wheel drive orientation parameter. If it is reasonless, this result in front-wheel wear, direction disallow, operation difficulty, adding material consume and driving danger. Now, the automobile's examine of brake, axis load and sideslip, has been state force guideline. The automobile's brake performance has been checked-up commonly by roller and flat test-bed in the room. With developing of automobile's structure and technique, the more serious test result's inauthenticity is exposed by roller test-bed. When the automobile is tested by roller test-bed, the eligible brake is showed unqualified. Recently, it has appeared a flat test-bed which isa new type test-system for brake, axis load and sideslip. It is more close to road-test and it obtains reality data for automobile's examine. The flat test-bed is installing simple, testing rapid, data exact, energy saving, and measure up GB7258. Owing to test brake sincerity, it has pay attention to research and exploit in our country, and it is necessary equipment in check-up station by relation branch. This paper has analyzed structure principle of flat test-bed, sensor, amplifier etc.
