CpG寡核苷酸的免疫刺激作用及其在疫苗中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 CpG寡核苷酸 (ODN)是含有CpG基元的寡核苷酸 ,对树突状细胞、单核细胞、B细胞、T细胞和NK细胞等均具有较强的免疫激活功能。因此 ,目前CpGODN已用作免疫佐剂、粘膜疫苗、肿瘤疫苗及DNA疫苗 ,具有安全、高效、低毒的效果 。
