齿密螺旋体对小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘要 目的 :了解齿密旋螺体对小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的作用。方法 :采用流式细胞分析术观察齿密螺旋体超声破碎提取物对小鼠模型外周血和脾细胞T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。结果 :注射齿密螺旋体超声破碎提取物的小鼠外周血和脾细胞中的CD4 + T细胞阳性百分数明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD8+ T细胞则明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD4 + /CD8+ T细胞比值显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :齿密螺体超声破碎提取物具有激活CD8+ T细胞活性的功能 ,使其数目增多 ,同时造成CD4 + T细胞百分数相对下降 ;改变CD4 + 、CD8+ Objective: To study the effect of sonic extractus from Treponea denticola (SETD)on T lymphocyte subsets of mice. Methods: T cell subsets from mice peripheral blood and spleen were tested by flowcytometry. Results: The results showed that the positivity percentage of CD4 +T cells was lower than that of control group (P<0.05) CD8 +T cells , however, it was siginificantly higher in the peripheral blood T lymphocyte and spleen cells from the mice injected with SETD (P<0.01),the ratio of CD4 + to CD8 + T cells was decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion: It is indicated that Treponea denticola may induce the increase of CD8 + T cells and result in the relative decrease of CD4 + T cells and alter the balance on CD4 +T and CD8 + T cells between them.
