Comparison of dissolution rate assay methods on Acipimox Capsules

目的 确立阿昔莫司胶囊溶出度测定方法。方法 分别采用自身对照法 (A法 )与对照品对照法 (B法 )计算阿昔莫司胶囊的溶出度。结果 两方法有显著性差异。结论 当样品含量与标示量相差较大时 ,溶出量相差很大 。

Objective To establish the assay method of dissolution rate on Acipimox Capsules.Methods Noumenon-antitheses (Method A) and Contrast-antitheses (Method-B) were compared.Results Two methods differed obviously in results.Conlusion The dissolving-out quantity varied much when the sample content was distinct considerably from the normal quantity.So Method B is superior to Method A.
