由辐射介导的肿瘤基因鄄放射治疗是近年来提出的新思路,其分子机制为小剂量电离辐射通过多条途径激活一些重要的分子靶点而导致肿瘤细胞凋亡。这是基于Egr鄄1的辐射可诱导特性的一种肿瘤的基因治疗,在肿瘤治疗中有很好的应用前景。

Gene-radiotherapy of tumor is a new method which is induced by ionizing radiation. The molecular mechanism is to activate various molecular target by many ways and induce the apopatosis of tu-mor cell. It is a gene therapy based on the radiation-inducible property of the Egr-1 gene. It has good ap-plication prospect in therapy of tumor.
