丹栀逍遥散治疗混合性焦虑抑郁障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study on Mixed Anxiety and Depression Disturbance Treated by Danzhi Xiaoyao San

观察丹栀逍遥散治疗混合性焦虑抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 4例患者随机分为中药组 32例和西药组 32例 ,治疗前后采用HAMA、HAMD(汉密顿焦虑、抑郁量表 )减分率评定疗效及观察HAMA因子分的变化。结果 :中药组疗效优于西药组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,副反应轻微 ,HAMA因子均分表明中药对精神性焦虑的疗效优于躯体性焦虑 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :丹栀逍遥散治疗以焦虑为主的混合性焦虑抑郁障碍疗效好 ,对精神性焦虑有显著疗效。

To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of Danzhi Xiaoyao San in treating mixed anxiety and depression disturbance. Method: Sixty-four patients were randomly classified into 32 cases of the Chinese-drug group and 32 cases of Western-medicine group. Before and after the trentment, HAMA and HAMD were taken to evaluate their therapeutic effectiveness and average grade change of HAMA factor was obeserved. Results: The Chinese-drug group was superior to the Western-medicine group(P<0.05), with slight side effects. The average grades of HAMA factor showed that the therapeutic effectiveness of Chinese medicine to mental anxiety was better than that of corporality(P<0.05). Conclusion: Danzhi Xiaoyao San has a good therapeutic effectiveness in treating the anxiety-centered mixed anxiety and depression disturbance, and a remarkable therapeutic effectiveness in treating mental anxiety.
