摘要
利益偿还请求权是我国《票据法》第 18条特别规定的一项请求权 ,它不是票据上的权利 ,也不属赔偿请求权和不当得利请求权范畴 ,乃是票据法上的特别请求权。我国票据法对这一权利的规定存在明显缺陷 ,必须加以修正。
The right of plea for the returning of interests is a special item in China’s Act of Bills,beyond the rights concerned and those of compensations.thus,There should be a revision in this respect.
