摘要 为了实现X射线聚焦所期望的任意聚焦长度,将微通道板两端面沿同一侧凹陷成球面,其曲率半径视聚焦长度而定,相应的圆柱形通道发生微小的变化。利用简单的一维模型,计算出X射线经微通道板后的反射效率等一系列聚焦参数。结果表明,这种微通道板类似于X射线透镜,其应用是相当广泛的。 In order to realize expectant arbitrary focusing length for X--rays, the Surfaces of MCP are curved into spheres about the same 'direction, its radius of curvature depends on the focusing length. Using simple one-dimensional model, the parameters of the focusing properties such as the reflection efficiency can be calculated. The conclusions show that this kind of MCP is similar to x-rays lens. Its applications are rather extensive.
