对应分析在福建恶性肿瘤死亡率分析中的应用

Use of correspondence analysis in cancer mortality of Fujian province

目的 了解福建省 1991～ 1999年恶性肿瘤的年度分布和肿瘤类型分布特征。方法 应用对应分析方法对福建省城市和农村恶性肿瘤死亡资料进行分析。结果 得到各年度和各肿瘤类型的公因子及其载荷系数 ,并根据载荷系数制作各年度和各类型肿瘤标化死亡率的载荷平面投影图。结论 9年中福建省城市和农村消化道肿瘤标化死亡率较高 。

ObjectiveStudying the time and types distribution of can cer mortality of Fujian province from 1991 to 1999. MethodUsing correspondence analysis to study the data of cancer mortality of Fujian province.ResultsTurning up the common factors of the time and typ es of cancer mortality of Fujian province,and its factor loading.Then drawing a graph of factor concentration by using the time and types factor loading. ConclusionThe digestive system cancer had the higher mor tality,and the mortality of bladder cancer was the lowest one both in urban and rural areas in 9 years.
