摘要
目的 探讨沙漠干热环境负重应激行军者热休克蛋白 (HSPs)与机体一氧化氮 (NO)及其一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)的关系。方法 对在沙漠干热环境中 15kg负重、分别以 3 5km/h和 5 0km/h速度行军 1,2 ,3h的 57名战士和 14名对照血浆HSP70和HSP2 7、NOS和NOS等进行研究。结果 在 15kg负重条件下 ,不管是 3 5km /h还是5 0km /h ,各行军组HSP70与对照组及各行军时间组间HSP70均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5) ;各行军时间组HSP2 7明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5) ,各行军时间组间HSP2 7无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5) ;各行军时间组NO明显低于对照组(P <0 0 5)。 3 5km /h行军 3h组NO明显低于行军 1,2h组 (P <0 0 5) ;3 5km/h行军 1h组NOS明显高于对照和行军 3h组 (P <0 0 5) ;5 0km/h行军 2h组NOS明显低于对照和其它行军时间组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 沙漠干热环境应激负重行军者血浆HSP2 7与NO及其NOS密切相关 。
ObjectiveTo explore the relation between heat shock prot eins(HSP70 and HSP27) and nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in mar chers in dry-heat desert.MethodsThe plasma HPS70,HSP27,NO and NOS of 57 marchers at different speed of different time with 15?kg and of 14 controls were detecte d.ResultsWith 15?kg at both 3.5 and 5.0?km/h,the p lasma HSP27 in the marching groups were much more than the control( P <0 05) ;the plasma HPS70 in the marching groups were slightly more than the control( P >0 05);and the plasma NO in the marching groups were much lower than the con trol.NO for 1 hour was much more than the other marching groups at 3.5?km/h.As for NOS,NOS for 1 hour was much more than the control and the other groups at 3. 5?km/h;and NOS for 2 hour was much lower than the control and the other groups at 5.0?km/h.ConclusionIn the case of loading,there was a close rela tion between HSP27 and NO,NOS and no relation between HSP70 and NO and NOS in ma rchers in dry-heat desert.
