ApoE基因多态性与多因素作用致冠心病研究

Study on interaction between apolipoprotein E polymorphism and enviro nmental factors for coronary heart disease

目的 探讨冠心病的主要危险因素及载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性与其它各危险因素之间的交互效应。方法 选择 90例冠心病患者 (CHD组 )及 90例非冠心病患者 (对照组 ) ,在Logistic回归分析的基础上 ,分析各因素的比值比以及ApoE基因多态性与其它危险因素之间的交互作用。 结果 多因素Logistic回归结果显示 ,高血压史、高血脂史、肺炎衣原体 (Cpn)感染、巨细胞病毒 (CMV)感染和ApoE基因多态性为冠心病的危险因素 ,比值比OR分别为 5 0 4,3 64,2 3 7,3 51,3 3 3。ApoE基因多态性与高血压史、高血脂史、Cpn感染、CMV感染间交互作用指数分别为 1 73 ,1 55,1 2 8,1 2 0 ,归因交互百分比分别为 40 64% ,3 3 2 5% ,19 0 1%和 15 15%。结论 高血压史、高血脂史、Cpn感染、CMV感染和ApoE基因多态性可能是冠心病的主要危险因素 。

ObjectiveTo explore the risk fators of coronary heart di sease and the interactive effects between ApoE polymorphism and the other risk f actors.Methods90 patients with CHD and 90 control subjects with out symptoms and sign of CHD was studied,on the base of logistic regression,odds ratios( OR ) and interactions between ApoE polymorphism and other risk factor s of coronary heart disease were analyzed.ResultsThe results of multivariable logistic regression showed that hypertension,hyperlipemia,Cpn infection,CMV infection and ApoE polym orphism were risk factors of coronary heart disease,odds ratios of the risk fact ors in coronary heart disease were 5 04,3 64,2 37,3 51 and 3 33 respecti vely.The interaction indexs were 1 73,1 55,1 28 and 1 20.The attributable proportions were 40 64%,33 25%,19 01% and 15 15%.ConclusionHypertension,hyperlipemia,Cpn infection,CMV in fection and ApoE polymorphism played important roles in the development of coron ary heart disease,and ApoE plused any one of the following factors,such as hyper tension,hyperlipemia,Cpn infection,CMV infection,which could increase the risk o f coronary heart disease.
