人体测量指标与血糖水平的典型相关

Canonical correlation between anthropometric parameters and blood glucose level

目的 探讨人体测量指标与空腹血糖、餐后血糖水平的相互关系 ,确定与血糖水平联系最密切的人体测量指标。方法 利用 2 0 0 3年 2月上海某城区糖尿病抽样调查资料 ,在上海某城区分层整群抽样 15～ 74岁居民 1844人作为研究对象 (男 698名 ;女 114 6名 ) ,测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围和空腹血糖、餐后血糖 ,计算出体重指数 (BMI)、腰 /臀比 (WHR) ,将人体测量指标与空腹血糖、餐后血糖水平作典型相关分析。结果 人体测量指标与血糖水平指标呈典型相关 ;人体测量指标中 ,腰围的贡献最大 ,与血糖水平的相关最密切 ,其次是体重指数 ;餐后血糖是与人体测量相关最密切的血糖指标。结论 腰围是本组人群中与血糖水平联系最密切的人体测量指标 ;相对于空腹血糖 。

ObjectiveTo investigate the association between blood gl ucose levels and a set of human body parameters in order to determine which anth ropometric parameter correlated most highly with the blood glucose level.MethodsData needed for this analysis were available from a survey of diabetes risk factors in the community residents of Shanghai urban areas,collected data including body height and weight;waist and hip circumferenc es;after calculating body mass index(BMI),waist/hip ratio(WHR),the association o f the anthropometric parameters with FPG and OGTT was explored by canonical corr elation analysis.ResultsCanonical correlations were satistically signific ance between the anthropometric parameters and blood glucose levels in all sex-a g e-specific groups.Of the anthropometric variables,waist consistently demonstrate d the highest correlation coefficients with FPG and 2-hour OGTT,while BMI ranked second.Of the blood glucose variables,the correlation coefficient of OGTT with body parameters was generally the highest.ConclusionWaist circumferences was most highly correlate d with blood glucose levels;and compared with FPG,2-hour OGTT indicated a strong er association with anthropometric parameters.
