摘要
本文在以前实验工作和理论研究的基础上,首次提出了一种新的直流电致发光机理的物理模型——表面空间电荷层模型。此模型完满地解释了器件的有关特性和实验曲线,并且提出了进一步改善DCEL器件性能的方法。
In this paper, a new physical mechanism model-surface charge layer model-of direct current electroluminecent (DCEL) panel is firstly reported, which is founded on our previous work and experimental results. With this model, lots of characteristics and experimental curves of DCEL panel can be satisfactorily explained, and then some methods for improving performance of DCEL device have been proposed.
