摘要 目的 研究壬基酚对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 将 2 0只小鼠随机平均分为对照组和实验组 ,对照组用静置后的自来水喂食 ,实验组用 1‰的壬基酚喂食 ,30d后检测 2组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性的变化以及巨噬细胞吞噬功能的变化。结果 与对照组相比 ,实验组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性下降 ,巨噬细胞的吞噬功能也有所下降。结论 壬基酚对小鼠的免疫功能有抑制作用。 Objective To research the effects of nonylphenol on immunological function of mice.Methods Twenty mice were equally divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was fed with water and the experimental group was fed with 1‰ nonylphenol for thirty days,then the changes of acid phosphatase(ACP)activity in peritoneal macrophage(PMΦ)and the engulfing function of PMΦ were detected.Results Compared with control group,the ACP activity of PMΦ decreased in experimental group and the engulfing function of PMΦ decreased,too.Conclusion Nonylphenol can inhibit immunological function in mice.
