This article gives a full analysis of physical education in terms of its external and internal level.It emphasizes how P E functions internally and externally in educating people.The author also believes that physical education plays a very important role in training a person's willpower and psychological strait.P E can not only challenge students to overcome difficulties and excel themselves and to make greater efforts,but can cultivate in them team work,fair play and honesty.
