国有企业的改革方向是建立现代企业制度。但由于我国改革开放的历史较短,不可能在短时间内建立完美的现代企业制度,需要根据我国的实际情况,并借鉴国际公司治理结构的理论与经验,创建具有中国特色的现代公司制度。

The reform direction in our country is to establish modern enterprise system. But because of the short history of reform, modem enterprise system can't be perfect in a short time. We should learn from the management structure experience and theory of international companies and establish modem enterprise system with Chinese characteristics on the basis of the practical situation in our country.
