脊柱结核脓液中结核分枝杆菌的培养及菌种鉴定

Culturing Mycobacterium Tuberculosis of Pott’s Disease and Classifying Its Species

目的利用脊柱结核术中所取得的脓液进行结核分枝杆菌的培养及菌种鉴定,以了解脊柱结核感染菌种病源学的情况,为其病源学及耐药性方面的进一步研究做工作基础准备。方法将脊柱结核病灶中的脓液经前处理后接种于改良罗氏培养基上,4～8周后观察结果和脓液涂片检查。结果143份脊柱结核脓液中,应用改良罗氏法培养出临床分离株13株,阳性率为301%;2涂片阳性者培养的阳性率较高;3化疗时间短、时间在两月以内者,其培养的阳性率较高;结论脊柱结核感染HIV阴性者的菌种以人型为主。

Objective: to learn the pathogens in clinical abscess specimens from patients with Pott’s disease, to culture Mycobacterium Tuberculosis and classify its species,in order to learn its pathogeny Methods: The Disposed abscess from spinal tuberculosis was incubated on the Lowensitein-Jensen medium (L-J)at 37℃ The results could be obtained within 4-8 weeks Results: 1 In 43cases,the positive rate of L-J medium was 30 1% The species were totally mycobacterium tuberculosis 2 The higher the positive rate showed in smearing , the higher the positive rate discovered in culturing 3 The short term of chemotherapy can produce higher positive rate of incubation than long one Conclusion: Pott’s disease are mostly induced by mycobacterium tuberculosis
