摘要
一个具有同轴双反光碗的新型结构的砷化镓红外探照灯在1985年正式使用于警用红外夜视仪中。这种新结构使探照灯的轴向发光强度提高了30%,有害的散射光线照射角减少1/2,改善了夜视仪的性能,扩大了使用范围,并使砷化镓光源的生产每年节约数十万元的费用。
A GaAs infrared searchlight with novel structure of a coaxial double reflective bowls was used in 1985 for police night vision device. Using that novel structure, the axial luminous intensity of searchlight can be increased by 30%, the lighting angle of harmful scattering is reduced by half. The performances of night vision device is improved, the service scope is expanded and the expenses for producing GaAs light source can be saved about hundreds of thousand yuan each year.
