摘要 本文将塑性有限元法及计算机可视化动画技术应用到轴对称件塑性成形加工过程的数值模拟中 ,用颜色的改变表示金属毛坯内部各区域的应力或其它场变量值在成形过程中的变化情况 ,实现了在计算机的屏幕上以动态变化的图像来模拟塑性加工中金属毛坯的变形过程 ,取得了良好的效果。 In this paper, plastic FEM and computer visualization technology are used in numerical simulation of axisymmetric plastic forming, the changes of stresses or other field variables in each zone inside the metal blank during forming process are shown by changing colors, thus the forming process of a metal blank can be simulated and visualized on a computer screen by dynamic images.
