摘要
分析了轿车车身冲压生产的特点 ,研究了建立其虚拟制造系统的关键技术。将系统分为 3个部分 :实体模型、逻辑模型和仿真控制台。其中实体模型包括布局信息、三维实体模型和基本运行参数 ;逻辑模型包括生产调度数据结构和生产流程数据结构 ;仿真控制台是数据转化、控制命令转换的接口平台。通过外挂模块实现了系统的功能扩展。最后介绍了系统可实现的功能 ,并给出一个虚拟调度的实例。实例表明 :该系统能精确地进行生产过程的预演 ,并获得合理的调度方案。
The characteristics of the pressing production of car body were analyzed, and the key techniques of constructing VMS for the press production line of car body were presented and researched. Such a VMS is constituted by the entity model, the logical model and the simulation control platform. Plug-in models can be added to expand the function of the system. At last, the functions of such a system were introduced, and an example of dynamic scheduling was given, which showed that this system can preview the production accurately and gain an appropriate schedule scheme.
