摘要
本文从光学工艺角度出发,主要叙述了中低精度光学毛坯的工艺性能简化压型,并分别对棱镜、透镜进行了叙述。同时导出了体积等算式以便设计工艺性简化毛坯,从而设计出压模。从前辈及同行们的探讨、验证知,本文所述问题正是民用产品生产中承待解决的问题。如此论述或许可为毛坯精化问题添砖加瓦,也为在现有二次压型工艺改进的前提下,最终实现光学毛坯精化而呐喊助威。本文的撰写过程中曾得到前辈指教及同行的支持,在此致以衷心的感谢。
Starting form the optical technology, the technological simplified molding for optical blanks dens and prism, of medium and low accuracy is related saparately. The volume equation is derived so as to design the technological simplified blank and then to design the die. The problem related is just one that remains to be settled in the production of civil products.
