反语是辞面和辞里的背反,语言意义和思想内容的悖逆。反语可分为词语反语、情景反语和戏剧性反语三大类,它的作用在于讽刺挖苦、幽默俏皮,有时也可表亲昵之情。

Irony is the opposite of the word employed and meaning implied.It can be classified into three categories:verbal irony,situational irony and dramatic irony.The function of irony is to satirize,to make an expression humorous and witty,and,sometimes,to indicate the intimate relationship between the speaker and listener.
