一株栖冷克吕沃尔氏菌的分离鉴定和产氢特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 从厦门白城海滩底泥中筛选获得一株栖冷克吕沃尔氏菌(Kluyveracryocre scens)进行该菌株产氢条件的研究.实验结果表明,其适宜产氢温度为33℃,适宜初始pH值为8.00,适宜生长阶段的OD610=0.3,适宜氧含量小于0.63%(V/V).在上述所有适宜条件下,该菌株最大产氢速率达到68.6mmol/(d·g). Kluyvera cryocrescens was isolated from the sediment of Baicheng seashore. H_2-producing properties was researched. The optimum conditions for Kluyveracryocrescens H_2-(produc-)(ting) were: reaction temperature 33℃; starting pH 8.00; growth stage OD_(610)=0.3; O_2-contents< 0.63%(V/V). Under the optimum conditions, the maximum H_2-producting activity reached 68.6mmol/(d·g).
