摘要 采用刚玉砂轮在普通平面磨床上对 65Mn钢进行磨削硬化 ,研究其硬化层组织及变化规律 ,结果表明 :磨削硬化层由完全硬化区和过渡区组成 ;完全硬化区由细小针状马氏体、残余奥氏体和少量点状碳化物组成 ,过渡区由马氏体和回火索氏体 (珠光体 )组成 ;从表面到里层 ,组织形貌呈现“细→粗→细”的变化规律 ;在本研究的磨削工艺条件下 ,显微组织无明显变化。 The grind-hardening of steel 65Mn had been carried out on a conventional surface grinder with alumina grinding wheel, the microstructures of hardened layer and its law of changes were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of hardened layer consists of the completely hardened region and the transition region. The completely hardening region is composed of fine acicular martensites, residual austenites and a few dot-like carbonides and the transition region is made up of martensites and sorbites (pearlite). From surface to bottom in the hardened layer, the microstructure varies from fine to coarse and then backs to fine. No significant changes of microstructure are observed for any of the grinding conditions evaluated.
