摘要
介绍了一套新的柴油机电控燃油喷射电磁阀的驱动软件。电磁阀的驱动电压提高到36V以加快其响应速度;以降低能量消耗为主要目标优化了带有预喷射的电磁阀驱动逻辑;根据驱动逻辑,设计了包括电流反馈控制的控制时序;在MC68376单片机TPU模块的基础上编写了控制软件,该软件采用中断嵌套技术提高了喷射实时性。对控制软件的实验表明,该软件能精确实现包括预喷射在内的喷射过程,并有效地降低能量消耗。
This paper describes an injection solenoid valve drive logic for an electronically controlled diesel engine. A high driving voltage of 36 V was used to shorten the solenoid valve acceleration period. Energy consumption was reduced by optimizing the drive logic including the pilot injection. The control sequence includes current feedback control with the control software based on the TPU module of the MC68376 microprocessor using the interruption nesting technique to reduce injection latency. Tests show that the software accurately controls the injection sequence including a pilot injection and reduces energy consumption.
