摘要
提出模糊结合滤波用于消除脉冲噪声方法。它由噪声率检测、噪声污染程度W评价和模糊结合滤波器组成。根据选择中值滤波或最大最小排除均值滤波。由W确定模糊隶属函数及模糊判决规则。建立了模糊结合滤波的数学模型。模拟实验表明,椒盐噪声概率为80%时,滤波输出的峰值信噪比为25.8dB,均方误差为171,而且能很好地保护图像细节。
A fuzzy hybrid filter(FHF) for eliminating pulse noise of image is proposed. It consists of Noise ratio d detection, noise contamination degree W evaluation and fuzzy hybrid filter. The median filter or maximum-minimum exclusive mean filter is selected according to d. The fuzzy subordinate function and fuzzy decision rules are determined by W. A mathematical for model FHF is established. Simulation experiments show that when pulse noise(salt and pepper noise) possibility is 80%, peak SNR of filter output is 25.8dB and MSE error is 171, and it can preserve image details well.
