摘要
对U型节能灯采用静电涂敷荧光粉工艺,影响涂层质量的各种因素进行分析,其中包括高压选取,玻管及荧光粉电阻率与加热温度的确定,喷枪设计等,最后给出涂层常见缺陷及克服方法。
In this paper some factors to effect on phosphor layer guality using electrostatic deposition techniques for U-shape fluorescent lamps are analysed,including high voltage power, resistivity of the glass tubes and phosphor particles, and their heated temperatures during coated phosphors, design of the sprayers etc. Finally this paper represents the defects often occured and the way to overcome them.
